On new estates
Working around a new development
New estates come with their own quirks. Roads can be narrow and lined with parked cars, some phases are still under construction, and plenty of townhouses have no side path to the back garden.
When you ask for a quote, tell us how the garden is reached and whether there are site gates, parking limits or areas still fenced off. That lets the day be planned properly from the start.
FAQs
Questions about your new garden
My town isn't listed. Do you still cover it?
Quite possibly. The areas above are the main ones we cover, but if you're elsewhere in the North East, put your postcode on the form and ask.
Do you work on estates that are still being built?
Yes, as long as your plot has been handed over and we can reach it safely. Let us know about any site rules on access or parking.
